Delivery

Once you have placed an order on our online store, you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with those placed before 3pm sent the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day. You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, including tracking information if applicable.

Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail and the service you have selected at checkout. In most cases, a signature will be required upon receipt and parcels should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you miss a delivery, please follow the instructions left to re-arrange delivery or collection.

Please note, these delivery times are estimated and may take longer than expected, especially over Bank Holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your gift purchase, but understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.
